Warranty

Every product sold by AdultSexyShop is covered by European consumer law.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, you have legal rights. Many brands also give their own extra warranty.

 

Your legal protection

Under EU law, you are protected if a product is defective or not as described. This is separate from our 14-day return rule for unused items.

 

Brand warranties

Some brands also give an extra warranty. How long that extra cover lasts depends on the brand and the product. We will help you with a valid warranty claim.

 

What warranty covers

• manufacturing defects

• products that do not work as described

• items damaged in transit when you send us photos

 

What warranty does not cover

• damage from dropping, bending, or chewing the product

• water damage on a product that is not waterproof

• use of the wrong charger or a damaged cable

• broken seals or hygiene covers after the product has been used

• opened intimate products returned only because you changed your mind

 

How to make a claim

Email support@adultsexyshop.com with:

• your order number

• photos or a short video of the fault

• a short description of the problem

We will tell you the next step. Do not send the product back until we ask you to.

Returns and warranty are different

Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days.
