Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the EU.
Orders to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg usually leave the warehouse the next business day.
Other EU countries are available at checkout.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg.
– The order must be €99 or more.
– The parcel must be 8 kg or less.
– Furniture, sex machines and large dolls always have paid shipping.
If the order is under €99, or the parcel is over 8 kg, shipping is paid.
Checkout shows the exact price before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg usually leave the warehouse the next business day. Other EU countries take longer.

Tracking is sent by email.
Can I return a product?
Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Opened intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See Shipping & Returns.
What if I find a lower price?
