Shipping & Returns

 

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

  • We ship to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from a warehouse in the United Kingdom.

  • Checkout shows the postage cost before you pay.

  • Typical options: Evri Standard (about 2 to 3 working days), Evri Express or next working day, and Royal Mail on some addresses.

  • Typical postage on a normal toy order is about £5 to £6.

  • Heavy items such as large dolls have their own postage price at checkout.

  • There is no free shipping to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on this shop yet. The customer pays the postage.

  • In-stock orders placed before 14:00 UK time, Monday to Friday, usually leave the warehouse the same day.

  • Tracking is sent by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

  • Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Scilly and PO Boxes often go with Royal Mail. Checkout still shows the postage cost before you pay.

  • Parcels go in plain packaging. No shop name and no product name on the outside of the box.

  • You may request a return of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The seal and packaging must be intact.

  • Opened or used intimate products cannot be sent back. This is not an exchange and not a refund. We only accept a return when the item is unused and unopened.

  • Email support@adultsexyshop.com before you send anything back.

  • The customer pays the return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

 

Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg

  • Free shipping in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg is not automatic. Two rules must both be true at the same time.

  • Rule one: the order total must be €99 or more.

  • Rule two: the parcel must weigh 8 kg or less.

  • If both rules are true, shipping to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg is free.

  • If the order total is under €99, you pay for shipping. Shipping is not free under €99, even when the parcel is light.

  • If the parcel weighs more than 8 kg, you pay for shipping. Shipping is not free over 8 kg, even when the order total is €99 or more.

  • Furniture, sex machines and large dolls are never free to ship. You always pay postage for furniture, sex machines and large dolls.

  • Checkout shows the exact postage cost before you pay.

 

Order confirmation

  • After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address used at checkout. That means we have received your order.

  • We then check stock with our warehouse.

  • If an item is available, we process payment and prepare shipment.

  • If an item is unavailable, we contact you by email and do not charge you for that item.

 

Shipment

  • Dispatch times for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are in the United Kingdom section above.

  • In-stock orders for Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg are usually dispatched the next business day.

  • We send tracking by email after the order leaves the warehouse.

  • If you have no tracking after 6 business days, write to support@adultsexyshop.com.

 

Damaged parcels

  • Check the parcel when it arrives.

  • If it is damaged, take photos and email support@adultsexyshop.com. We will help with the claim.

 

Returns

  • Because many products are intimate, opened or used items cannot be sent back for hygiene reasons. This is a return of unused goods. It is not an exchange for a different product.

  • You may request a return of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • The original seal and packaging must be intact.

  • Email support@adultsexyshop.com before you send anything back.

  • The customer pays the return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

  • Faulty items are covered by the product warranty and by your legal rights.

 

What cannot be returned

  • Opened or used intimate products cannot be sent back. We do not accept a return, a refund, or an exchange on opened intimate products.

  • Items damaged or altered by the customer cannot be sent back.

  • Products sent back without our email approval cannot be accepted as a return.

 

Countries we ship to

  • Checkout only offers addresses we can fulfill today: the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg.

  • We will add more countries when shipping and tax for those countries are live.

  • If your country is not in the checkout list, we cannot take that order yet.
