As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@adultsexyshop.com
Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@adultsexyshop.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
RETURNS:

Please be aware that for some products, once the precincts have been broken and it has been used, its return is forbidden due to hygienic reasons.

Due to the intimate nature of Lora DiCarlo products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

The seal must be intact on the external sleeve of the box and our products unused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and all returned items must be in new, unopened packaging.

Once opened, Lora DiCarlo products can only be returned due to intrinsic manufacturing defects that are covered by Lora DiCarlo’s 1 Year Warranty.

This does not include deterioration caused by accident or misuse or neglect.

RETURNS PROCESS:

Please email customer service at info@adultsexyshop.com within 30 days of ordering your product.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please Note: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

Please allow at least seven to ten (7-10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note: It may take additional time for a refund to post to your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
EXCEPTIONS:
If you receive a damaged package, please contact customer service. Please, take into consideration that the following items cannot be returned:
