Free shipping is available in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg.

The order must be €99 or more.

The parcel must be 8 kg or less.

If the order is under €99, shipping is paid.

If the parcel is over 8 kg, shipping is paid.

Furniture, sex machines and large dolls always have paid shipping.

Checkout shows the exact price before you pay.
Order Confirmation:

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address used at checkout. That means we have received your order.

We then check stock with our warehouse.

If an item is available, we process payment and prepare shipment.

If an item is unavailable, we contact you by email and do not charge you for that item.
Shipment

In-stock orders for Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg are usually dispatched the next business day.

Other EU countries may take longer.

We send tracking by email after the order leaves the warehouse.
If you have no tracking after 6 business days, write to support@adultsexyshop.com.
Damaged parcels

Check the parcel when it arrives.

If it is damaged, take photos and email support@adultsexyshop.com. We will help with the claim.
Returns

Because many products are intimate, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You may request a return of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

The original seal and packaging must be intact

Email support@adultsexyshop.com before you send anything back.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty items are covered by the product warranty and by your legal rights.
