Shipping & Returns

ADULT SEXY SHOP™ Order Confirmation:

 

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

  • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  

  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  

  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

  • If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. 

  • We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  

  • If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@adultsexyshop.com

 

Damages:

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

  • If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@adultsexyshop.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

RETURNS:

    • Please be aware that for some products, once the precincts have been broken and it has been used, its return is forbidden due to hygienic reasons. 

    • Due to the intimate nature of Lora DiCarlo products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

    • The seal must be intact on the external sleeve of the box and our products unused.

    • Please reach out to info@adultsexyshop.com for any questions you may have about your return

    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and all returned items must be in new, unopened packaging.

    • Once opened, Lora DiCarlo products can only be returned due to intrinsic manufacturing defects that are covered by Lora DiCarlo’s 1 Year Warranty.

    • This does not include deterioration caused by accident or misuse or neglect.

RETURNS PROCESS:

    • Please email customer service at info@adultsexyshop.com within 30 days of ordering your product.

    • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

    • Please Note: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns.

    • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

    • Please allow at least seven to ten (7-10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

    • We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    • Please Note: It may take additional time for a refund to post to your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

EXCEPTIONS:

If you receive a damaged package, please contact customer service. Please, take into consideration that the following items cannot be returned:

  •  Products damaged or altered by the customer

  • Any product claims made outside of valid warranty
